Responsibilities and Experience

Pritesh is a founding shareholder of Cavendish Trust Company Limited with responsibility for a significant portfolio of international clients. With over 30 years working within the corporate and trust service arena, Pritesh has gained significant international experience, with specific expertise in the following areas:

  • Holding fiduciary (corporate and trustee) roles associated with his global portfolio of clients, including:
    – trading operations utilising treaty planning for major international operations with turnover in excess of €160m
    – significant European real estate ownership structures, and a major Timeshare operator
  • Intellectual property structures, including multi media/multi platform scenarios
  • Holding fiduciary roles in and management of AIM and LSE listed companies, to include taking companies through IPO and thereafter maintaining the listing on the respective markets.
  • Holding fiduciary positions with collective investment schemes with private equity/alternative asset classes
  • Undertaking the onerous role of personal trustee on a number of trusts
