The World Satellite Business Week annual meeting in Paris continues to be the pre-eminent event in the space industry calendar, according to Cavendish Trust Director Tina Rawlinson.

The Isle of Man based trust and corporate service providers, with strong connections to the Island’s flourishing space industry, have been regular attendees and this year’s Conference lived up to all expectations, she said. The five day Summit played host to thematic round table discussions, presentations and a packed social programme and again brought together over seven hundred senior figures from the worldwide satellite communications and information industry.

“As with previous years, the World Satellite Business Week offered an invaluable insight into the current and future prospects for the industry. It continues to be the foremost event in the space calendar,” said Tina, who attended the event with Cavendish non-executive Director Tim Craine. “As in previous years, it proved extremely informative and enlightening. It was also a great opportunity to share quality time with clients and to showcase the tremendous advantages that the Isle of Man offers to all space related companies, as one of the world’s leading space and satellite jurisdictions.”
