Responsibilities and Experience
Kieron has over 25 years experience working within the international corporate and trust services arena. Kieron manages a team within Cavendish, which manages a varied portfolio of clients from stand alone highly tax driven Family Trusts to managed corporate structures with large numbers of private investors. Kieron’s specific areas of expertise include:
- Property structures both residential and commercial, to include commercial property financing deals in excess of £250m
- Family Trusts, Trustee management and administration
- Management of multi-jurisdictional corporate structures
- Aircraft and yacht management and VAT compliance
Membership/Qualifications
2005 – Qualified with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
2010 – Admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants
