Jo has over 25 years experience working within the international corporate and trust services arena.  Jo manages a team with a large, varied portfolio of clients and has significant experience with:

• Property structures both residential and commercial, to include commercial property financing deals
• Family Trusts, Trustee management and administration
• Management of multi-jurisdictional corporate structures

Qualifications/Memberships

2003 – Qualified with the Association of Chartered Secretaries, ICSA, now known as the Governance Institute
2016 – Distinction – STEP Advanced Paper – Trust Disputes
