Daniela joined Cavendish in 2018 and had previously worked at Maples and Calder as a Senior Associate in the Banking Team (Dublin Office) with particular focus on structured and asset finance. Her key clients included Avolon Aircraft Leasing and Management Services, JP Morgan and the ECB.
Prior to joining Maples, Daniela worked at Milbank Tweed Hadley McCloy LLP as an Associate Solicitor in the Global Finance Team (London Office) particular focus on asset finance, structured finance and derivatives. Her key clients included Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Investec.
Daniela trained and qualified at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP (London and Amsterdam Offices) and worked in their International Finance team with a secondment to F&C Asset Management plc. Key clients included National Australia Bank and F&C Asset Management plc. She also worked at Gide Loyrette Nouel MNP (London Office) as paralegal in Repackaging Team.
Daniela has an LLB (Hons) from Trinity College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and is admitted in Ireland, England and Wales (but does not currently practice as an English solicitor).
