Cavendish Trust holds Class 4 and Class 5 licences for the purpose of carrying out corporate and trust services and as such, is regulated and supervised by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission pursuant to the Financial Services Act 2008 and all associated legislation.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Cavendish Trust has substantial professional indemnity insurance, enabling us to offer all the benefits of a tailored service with comprehensive risk cover. Cavendish Trust will also tailor PI cover to specific client circumstances, should this be required.
Compliance
As a licensed Corporate and Trust Service Provider, Cavendish Trust is obligated by law to comply with the Isle of Man’s client due diligence regulations, which include strict requirements to know the identity of and establish the bona fides of each structure’s ultimate beneficial owner.
