Jan is a founding director of Cavendish Trust Company Limited and also has responsibility for a significant portfolio of clients. Jan has a strong law background from thirteen years as a Legal Secretary particularly within the areas of conveyancing, probate and criminal law. Jan also has more than twenty five years experience in the corporate and trust services environment with specific expertise in the following areas:

• Holding fiduciary roles associated with all levels of property holding structures and management of considerable property portfolios worldwide of significant value.
• Trading operations, including European operations with turnover in excess of $100m.
• Timeshare ownership structures
• Human resources
• Strategic management
